My mission is to inspire, guide and transform workplace leaders and teams to maximize performance and personal satisfaction in the workplace.
in-spire: “fill (someone) with the urge or ability to do or feel something”
I take a “what’s right with you” or strengths-based approach to every interaction. As a facilitator of deep development conversations, I passionately believe that we all can and want to become better at who we are and what we do. I can help.
guide: “a person who advises or shows the way to others”
As a leader / facilitator of over 500 workshops and over 10,000 hours of leading programs for Fortune 100 international firms and high level government agencies, I have discovered proven techniques that deliver powerful results. When people can laugh, relax and let go of needing to be perfect in all areas, they take simple, actionable steps that lead to better outcomes. They become more productive and happier in the workplace and in their life.
trans-form: “make a thorough or dramatic change in the form, appearance or character of”.
When we can make subtle shifts in our perception and the way we interact; we profoundly change the way we experience life. A strengths-based focus is the language that makes this transformation sustainable.
Participants will often comment on my approachable personality and my dedication to creating an energizing and inspirational atmosphere. They have said that this leads to a highly impactful, life changing experience.
Life is all about conversations; I look forward to getting one started with you.
Formal Education: Hanging on my wall you will find a bachelors degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a masters degree in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix
